Liquid cooling plates
It is generally made of copper or aluminum with sealed flow channels machined inside. Coolants such as cooling water and ethylene glycol aqueous solution circulate through the channels. Electronic components are mounted on its surface. Heat transfers through the aluminum or copper plate to the coolant, which then carries away large amounts of heat. This type of metal structural part is commonly referred to as a liquid cooling plate or liqid cold plate.
