Thermoelectric Cooler Manufacturing Capabilities
We operate our own precision machining workshop and complete assembly lines to manufacture thermoelectric cooling modules, heat sinks, liquid cold plates and custom thermal assemblies. Most core processes are completed in-house, including CNC machining, precision welding of liquid cold plates, flow resistance testing, leak testing, pressure differential testing, surface treatment, as well as final assembly and product testing. Rigorous full-process quality control is implemented at every production stage to guarantee consistent product performance and reliable lead times for global customers.
Core Manufacturing Advantages

In-house ProductionCore components
including heat sinks and liquid cold plates are manufactured at our own factory. We can flexibly adjust production schedules and closely monitor processing progress.

Full-process Machining Support
Equipped with CNC machining centers, friction stir welding equipment, surface treatment workshop and professional testing stations to fulfill complex custom thermal product orders.

Flexible Orders: Samples & Mass Production
Support small-batch prototype manufacturing and stable large-volume mass production. We offer smooth transition from prototype verification to formal bulk orders.

Strict In-line Quality Inspection
Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection, leak testing, thermal performance testing and aging verification before shipment to avoid defective products.

Delivery & Supply Assurance
For core TEC chips, we maintain stable raw material supply channels. If your project adopts TEC chips from international brands, we will confirm component lead times in advance and arrange production plans reasonably to meet your shipment requirements. We will keep you updated timely once any supply fluctuation occurs and discuss alternative solutions proactively.
As for back-end core accessories such as heat sinks and liquid cold plates, production is managed by our in-house factory. We can flexibly adjust processing priority according to project urgency, making lead times fully controllable. This integrated production mode effectively avoids risks brought by multiple external suppliers and stabilizes the whole project schedule.

Resistance Inspection After TEA Module Assembly
Test whether the resistance value changes after the TEA module assembly. A decrease in resistance indicates damage occurred during assembly

Cooling Performance & Icing Test
Test the cooling performance of the entire module under powered conditions, and verify if icing occurs at room temperature with high humidity.
