How We Work
– Requirement Confirmation
We first clarify your thermal targets, installation constraints and operating environment, and confirm whether standard off-the-shelf components can satisfy your demands or a fully customized prototype is necessary. Standard products feature shorter lead time and better cost control, while custom prototypes are recommended for high-power AI hardware and equipment with unique mechanical layouts.
– Design & Simulation
Upon confirmation of custom development, our thermal engineers conduct Icepak/Flotherm simulation, optimize flow channel layout for cold plates and adjust TEC array configuration to achieve target cooling performance.
– Precision Prototyping & Assembly
We carry out CNC machining, welding, module assembly and surface finishing inside our facility.
– Full Performance Testing
All prototypes go through power-on inspection, resistance testing, leak testing and continuous thermal cycling tests in our laboratory to generate complete test data reports.
– Sample Delivery & Iteration
We supply tested prototypes together with test documentation. If performance adjustment is needed, we support rapid revision and secondary iteration.
