We first clarify your thermal targets, installation constraints and operating environment, and confirm whether standard off-the-shelf components can satisfy your demands or a fully customized prototype is necessary. – Design & Simulation

Upon confirmation of custom development, our thermal engineers conduct Icepak/Flotherm simulation, optimize flow channel layout for cold plates and adjust TEC array configuration to achieve target cooling performance.

We carry out CNC machining, welding, module assembly and surface finishing inside our facility.
